1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By using the ATOZ Super App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted within the app.
2. Account Registration
2.1. In order to access certain features of ATOZ Super App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. User Content
3.1. The ATOZ Super App allows users to post, share, and interact with content, including text, images, videos, links and Audio. You retain ownership of any content you post or share on the app, but by posting or sharing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the app.
3.2. You agree not to post or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
4. Commerce Features
4.1. The ATOZ Super App facilitates transactions between users for the purchase and sale of goods and services. All transactions made through the app’s commerce features are processed using the iPay88 Payment Gateway. By engaging in commerce transactions through the app, you agree to comply with iPay88’s terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies imposed by iPay88.
4.2. Users engaging in commerce through the app are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxation, consumer protection, and intellectual property rights.
4.3. The ATOZ Super App may store certain transaction information, such as order details and payment history, for the purpose of facilitating commerce transactions and providing customer support. We will handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.4. In the event of any discrepancy or error in a transaction processed through the iPay88 Payment Gateway, please contact customer support for assistance. We will resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
4.5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the commerce features of the app if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misuse of the platform for commerce purposes.
5. Chat Features
5.1. The ATOZ Super App includes chat functionality that allows users to communicate with each other in real-time. You agree to use the chat feature responsibly and respectfully, and not to engage in any harassing, abusive, or offensive behavior.
5.2. We reserve the right to monitor chat conversations and to remove or block any users who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.
6. Search Features
6.1. The ATOZ Super App includes search functionality that allows users to discover content and other users. You agree to use the search feature in accordance with these terms and any additional guidelines provided within the app.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The ATOZ Super App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of the app’s owner or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or perform the app’s content without the prior written consent of the app’s owner.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Social Commerce App.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
