2.1. Request Submission: Users can initiate an account deletion request by following the designated process outlined on our platform’s settings or by contacting our customer support team directly.
2.2. No Verification or Confirmation: ATOZ Super App does not require verification or confirmation for account deletion requests. Upon submission, the deletion process will commence immediately.
2.3. Waiting Period: To allow users a window for reconsideration, a waiting period of 14 days will be implemented from the time of the deletion request submission. During this period, users may rescind their deletion request if they choose to retain access to their account.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
3.1. Retention Period: ATOZ Super App retains certain user data as necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes. This data retention policy is outlined in our Privacy Policy.
3.2. Deleted Data: Upon account deletion, ATOZ Super App will promptly delete or anonymize all user data associated with the account, including personal information, user-generated content, and any other identifiable data, unless retention is required by law.
3.3. Backup Copies: Any backup copies of user data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention practices during scheduled backup maintenance.
4. Impact of Account Deletion

4.2. Non-Recoverable: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Users will need to create a new account if they wish to use ATOZ Super App services in the future.

5.1. Legal Obligations: ATOZ Super App may be obligated to retain certain user data beyond the account deletion request to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
5.2. Dispute Resolution: In the event of an ongoing dispute, ATOZ Super App reserves the right to retain account information as necessary for investigation and resolution purposes.
